Abstract and Full Article Submission

Submission Rules

- Before submitting an abstract, please review the guidelines.

- Abstracts can only be submitted online through the website; email submissions will not be accepted.

- You can submit an abstract for a Poster or Oral presentation.

- All abstracts must be submitted by the deadline; late submissions will not be considered.

- The main author is responsible for making sure all co-authors are aware of and agree with the abstract's content before submission.

- All accepted abstracts will be included in the abstract and proceedings e-book.

- The presenting author must be a registered participant. Only abstracts from authors who have paid their registration fees will be scheduled for presentation and included in the publication.

- Abstracts must be in English, clearly written, and have accurate grammar and spelling suitable for publication.

- Abstracts must be original and not presented or published at any other conference.

 

Guidelines for Submission 

Before beginning, prepare the following information:

- Presenting author’s contact details: full name(s), email address, affiliation (department, institution/hospital, city, state, country), and phone number.

- Author and co-author details.

- Preferred presentation type: e-Poster.

- Abstract title: must be in UPPER CASE and limited to 25 words. Please submit symbols as words.

- Abstract text: limited to 300 words.

- Abstract topic: select from the provided list of topics.

 

Abstracts should include

- Introduction.

- Background & Objectives.

- Methods.

- Results.

- Conclusion/Clinical Significance/Impact.

Use standard abbreviations; place any special abbreviations in parentheses after their first mention. Use generic drug names.

To submit your abstract, click the SUBMIT button at the end of the process. You may modify your submitted abstract until the deadline; no changes can be made after that. An abstract ID number will be sent to you via email upon submission; please reference this in all correspondence. Contact us if you do not receive confirmation of your submission.

 

Full paper submission (optional)

Following the desire of the contributing authors, the full paper of their accepted abstracts at the conference can be published in one of the supporting Journals, Veterinary Research Communications and Mansoura Veterinary Medical Journal, at the discretion of the Scientific Committee. Final decisions on acceptance, required revisions, and publication timelines will rest with the respective journals.

Veterinary Research Communications (VRC)

- Publisher: Springer

- Focus: High-impact international journal publishing novel research in veterinary science, with emphasis on molecular, clinical, and applied veterinary studies.

- Impact Factor (2024): ~2.2, Q2.

- Advantages: International visibility, indexed in Web of Science and Scopus.

Mansoura Veterinary Medical Journal (MVMJ)

- Publisher: Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Mansoura University.

- Hosted by: Digital commons Elsevier platform.

- Submission through: Editorial manager system.

- Focus: Peer-reviewed open-access journal covering various fields in veterinary and animal sciences.

- Impact factor: in process, of the top journals (7 grades) evaluation from the higher supreme council of Egyptian university.

- Advantages: Free publication (All papers submitted at the conference will be at no CHARge), faster processing for accepted papers. This journal is abstracted and indexed by:Crossref, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), Google Scholar, CABI, EBESCO, African Journals Online.
